Website and demo analytics
What this covers. This section applies to flightstockops.com and our empty / live sales demonstration environments operated by FlightStock Ops LLC (“we,” “us”). It does not apply to customer-hosted production applications (HQ, Crew, Hub) delivered under a customer agreement.
What we use. When enabled, we use PostHog (or a successor analytics provider we name on this page) to collect limited usage analytics so we can improve the marketing site and demo. PostHog acts as our service provider / subprocessor for this purpose.
What we collect (typical). Depending on configuration: pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type, approximate coarse location derived by the analytics provider if enabled, event timestamps, and identifiers created by cookies or local storage. If you arrive via an outreach link, we may attach an opaque attribution token (for example a touch id) so we can see which campaign or outreach touch led to a visit — not your email address or legal company name in the URL.
What we do not do with this analytics.
- We do not put analytics SDKs in customer production HQ / Crew / Hub apps as part of this program.
- We do not use visitor IP addresses to identify, score, or track logos or customers.
- We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment card numbers, or real customer inventory/PII inside the empty demo (demo content is fake / illustrative).
- Site/demo analytics is not the same as the license entitlement check that may run inside paid customer product releases.
Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies). Depending on your location: consent for non-essential cookies/SDK (via our cookie banner), and/or legitimate interests in understanding marketing and demo performance where permitted.
Retention. Analytics events are retained for 30 days unless a longer period is required for security or legal holds. Aggregated statistics may persist longer without identifying a visitor.
Sharing. PostHog processes data on our instructions for analytics. We do not sell personal information. See also our cookie notice.
Your choices. Use the cookie banner (where shown) to accept or reject non-essential analytics. You may also use browser controls to block cookies. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests related to the marketing site.
International transfers. If analytics data is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by the provider (e.g., SCCs) as described in their documentation — details confirmed when the project region is locked at enable.
