Training · four modules · silent

Watch one loop, then walk it yourself.

Crew, operations, the hub floor, and org admin. Each clip is the live demonstration with sample data and no narration. Reset the demo between modules if you have already moved the same tail.

01 · Crew app

Count, queue, send, then read the update.

The count follows the walk. What is short stays on the phone until it sends. Updates name the stop and the order number.

  • 01Count the walk. Type the tail. Mark Good, or count what is missing, section by section.
  • 02Queue. Submit with no connection and the report stays on the phone, marked queued.
  • 03Send. Resend when the phone is back on the ground. Sending twice does not create a second report.
  • 04Updates. Open Updates. A staged line reads ready or being pulled, with the order number.

02 · Operations console

Destination, pull or order, triage, audit.

New reports wait for a destination. The desk types the next stop, acts on each short line, marks the report triaged, and the audit log keeps the name.

  • 01Assign the destination. Open the new report and type the next stop from routing. Crews never enter it.
  • 02Read the hub. Each line shows on hand, min, and max at that stop before you act.
  • 03Pull or order. Pull from the hub when it can cover the line. Order the rest. One pull order per hub per aircraft.
  • 04Mark triaged. The report leaves the new queue. Open lines stay on Due for order.
  • 05Audit. Destination, pull, and order land on the audit log with who did them.

03 · Hub app

Acknowledge, stage, count, receive.

The pull order arrives on the floor with a name on every step. A stock count raises the restock. Received puts it on the shelf and on the ledger.

  • 01Acknowledge. Start the pull. The order moves to In work and records who.
  • 02Pick and stage. Picked · staged completes it for the aircraft and tells the crew.
  • 03Count stock. Enter the physical count and submit it. Anything at or below minimum raises a restock order back to max.
  • 04Receive. Received · add to stock books the restock under the order number.

04 · Org admin

Roster and the lists crews count.

Org admin adds people, sets the role, and deactivates an ID that should not sign in. Fleet lists are the REQ and the walk order for the next count.

  • 01Add an employee. The ID is the sign-in name. Roles are crew, hub, HQ ops, and org admin.
  • 02Edit. Change the name, the role, or the hub. Hub staff are locked to one service hub.
  • 03Deactivate. A deactivated ID cannot sign in. Reports already filed stay as submitted.
  • 04Edit the fleet list. Change REQ or add an item. The next count picks it up. Filed reports keep the REQ they were submitted with.
